Michelin three-star Jade Dragon at City of Dreams was, for years, the only Macao restaurant on the Asia’s 50 Best list, helmed by executive chef Kelvin Au Yeung, a Hong Kong native with more than 20 years of experience in top Chinese kitchens. The Iberico pork barbecued over lychee wood is a must-order dish, and the dim sum menu is also a popular option.
